# Bookmarks

> Save helpful answers to revisit later

Bookmarks let you save specific AI responses so you can find them again quickly. This is useful when you want to save repair steps to share with a mechanic, hold onto a cost estimate, or keep track of advice you plan to act on later.

## Saving a bookmark

Each Flux response has a bookmark icon. Click it to save that message.

    Scroll to the Flux message that contains useful information.

  <Step title="Click the bookmark icon">
    Click the bookmark icon on the message. It appears in the message action bar below the response.

  <Step title="Confirm the bookmark was saved">
    The bookmark appears at the top of the sidebar under **Bookmarks**.

  Bookmarks are only available for signed-in users. If you save bookmarks as a guest, they will be migrated to your account when you sign up.

## Viewing your bookmarks

Your saved bookmarks appear at the top of the sidebar, above your chat history. Each bookmark shows a title derived from the saved content and a timestamp.

If the sidebar is closed, open it by clicking the menu icon in the top navigation bar.

## Navigating to a bookmarked message

Click any bookmark in the sidebar to jump directly to that message in its original chat. Flux opens the chat and scrolls to the bookmarked response automatically.

## Deleting a bookmark

    Click the menu icon to open the sidebar if it isn't already visible.

  <Step title="Find the bookmark">
    Scroll to the bookmark you want to remove under the **Bookmarks** section.

  <Step title="Open the actions menu">
    Click the **...** (more options) icon next to the bookmark. On mobile, this icon is always visible.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Delete">
    Click **Delete** to remove the bookmark. The bookmarked message stays in the original chat — only the bookmark itself is removed.
